Convenient care that fits your schedule
MaineHealth offers quick, high-quality care—no appointment needed! Our urgent and walk-in care locations are great for treating injuries and illnesses in need of same-day treatment.
Walk-In Care
Walk-in care is great for minor illnesses or injuries when your regular doctor isn’t available. These locations are open daily, from early morning to early evening and offer care in a convenient, clinic-style setting.
Urgent Care
Urgent care locations provide more services than walk-in care. They treat more serious (but not life-threatening) injuries and illnesses. Wait times are usually shorter than an emergency room.
Urgent Care Plus
MaineHealth Urgent Care Plus offers more advanced testing, imaging, and treatment for more serious medical needs and is billed similar to emergency care.
When to call 911

Emergency care
Do not drive a car if you are having a life-threatening medical emergency. Call 911 for an ambulance. Medics can start treatment on the way to the hospital.
