Car Seat Program

Food Pantry
MaineHealth Food Pantry Brunswick provides healthy food at no cost to patients and community members. Our goal is to be an extra source for healthy foods for you and your family. Food is shared in a safe space set up like a small grocery store.
Food is Medicine
Have you been diagnosed with a chronic health condition? Eating healthy foods can help you better manage your condition and improve your quality of life. This 15-week program is completely free for eligible patients. Learn more >
Healthy Eating, Active Living
Learn how to shop, cook, eat healthy and be active on a budget. This program includes lessons, activity maps, walk and bike programs, fruit and veggie costumes, smoothie bikes and story walks. We also provide policy assistance for healthy eating, active communities, and breast/chest feeding friendly spaces.
Mental Health Well-Being
In partnership with NAMI Maine, we offer programs and resources for schools, youth centers, teens, adults and older adults on mental health basics, stress management and mindfulness skills, helping in crisis, connecting to others and creating supportive environments.
Tobacco Prevention & Treatments
MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital offers support and resources for tobacco-free spaces. Services include education, information about tobacco products and vaping, policy templates and signs. Learn more about free treatment resources at mainequitlink.com and mylifemyquit.org.
Underage Drinking and Substance Misuse Prevention
We provide substance misuse prevention materials, education and speakers for youth, parents and other caring adults. Contact us to learn more about:

Access Health is a comprehensive community health coalition, working with community partners to improve the health and well-being of our communities by addressing the required Ten Essential Public Health Services.
Southern Mid Coast Communities for Prevention
Southern Midcoast Communities for Prevention is a community health coalition, collaborating within the communities of Sagadahoc County, Brunswick and Harpswell, Maine. We work together to promote healthy choices and empower youth to be safe and substance-free.
Get Active Southern Mid Coast
Get Active Southern Mid Coast is a coalition of local partners invested in promoting, and increasing opportunities for, free and low-cost activities. The coalition includes land trusts, recreation departments, municipalities and other community organizations within Sagadahoc County, Brunswick and Harpswell, Maine.
