Prescription Refills

The office requires 48 hours notice (2 business days) to refill any medications. Prescriptions including narcotics will not be refilled on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Appointment Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Calling early in the day is appreciated. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely medical care. To cancel appointments, please call (207) 778-0035. If unable reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave your phone number and the best time to return the call.

The best possible care requires that you be seen at regular intervals. Missed appointments may limit our ability to refill medications in a timely manner due to the possibility that the next available appointment may be weeks out.
