Please Bring:

  • A signed vaccine consent form (must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for people under age 18)
  • Your health insurance card if you have one (not required). The COVID-19 vaccine is provided at no cost to you. If you have insurance, a vaccine administration fee will be billed to your insurer.

Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccination

Walk right in to a vaccine clinic near you.

Vaccination is the most effective way to return to our pre-pandemic lifestyles. You do not have to be a MaineHealth patient or a state resident. Age eligibility for vaccination on a walk-in basis varies by location. Visit to request a pre-scheduled vaccination appointment.
