My Life, My Quit is the Maine QuitLink’s youth tobacco treatment program. My Life, My Quit is a free and confidential quit service for young people who want help quitting all forms of commercial tobacco, including vaping and nicotine pouches. 

Coaches are available by phone, by text message or by online chat. Young people can also access self-help and educational materials designed for teens, with input from teens.
