If you have been inspired by an exceptional individual or have lost of a family member or friend, consider a gift to MaineHealth Franklin Hospital in their honor. If you would like your gift restricted to a specific health care service area or program, please let us know on the giving form. 

Honor a loved one with a memorial gift

When making a memorial gift, please include the following information along with your donation:

• Name of the deceased and date of death
• A copy of the obituary, if available
• Name of surviving family member, benefactor, or estate executor to whom notice of the gift should be sent
• Name, address, and telephone number of the principal donor
• Amount of each donation included in gift total

The MaineHealth Franklin Hospital Development Office will send an acknowledgement to the surviving family with the name and address of the donor, but not the amount of the gift. Learn more about named endowed funds

Bequests

You may also want to consider making a bequest to MaineHealth Franklin Hospital in your will; or naming MaineHealth Franklin Hospital as the beneficiary of your life insurance or retirement plan. Through your will you may leave a specific monetary gift, land or asset, a percentage of your estate, or the residual after gifts to family or friends.
