New Well-being Platform Launching Mid-March 

MaineHealth will announce a new platform that will connect recognition with well-being resources. This exciting new platform will replace Personify Health and Moment to Shine in March, offering more personalized, flexible and fulfilling experiences for care team members. 

What’s New?

  • On-demand well-being resources. Access virtual fitness classes, nutrition education, meditation and more—24/7. There’s something for all ages, abilities and interests.
  • Lifestyle spending account. An enhanced benefit for eligible care team members, allowing you to spend well-being reimbursements on what matters most to you—whether it’s gym memberships, family care, tuition or more.
  • Recognition. Everyone will have a voice to celebrate each other’s contributions, making recognition more personal and meaningful. 

We’re finalizing details now, and you’ll receive a home mailer in mid-March with instructions on how to access the platform and its benefits. Look for updates in MaineHealth News throughout February.

Personify Health/Virgin Pulse send on February 28, 2025 

Rewardable actions and Healthy Payback reimbursements paused January 1 and will return with the new platform. You will have access to the Personify Health platform in January and February.

What to do before February 28:

  1. Redeem your earned rewards/cash! If you have money in your Personify Health/Virgin Pulse account, please redeem your cash by February 28.   
  • To confirm redeemed rewards on mobile, navigate to Rewards > My Earnings > view full statement.
  • To confirm redeemed rewards on desktop, navigate to Rewards > My Earnings, under rewarding interval dropdown select “yearly.” When you select My Earnings and Spending, you can view when and where you spent your rewards!
  • How to redeem cash: You can spend your earned Rewards Cash in several different ways.  You can spend your Rewards Cash in the Personify Health Store, redeem one of the available gift cards, or donate it if you're feeling charitable! Click here for tips to redeem cash.
  1. For any data you may wish to extract, including any biometric information (glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, A1c) you may have entered, log into your account. Click on Home > Stats > Select Biometric Value.
