Behavioral & Mental Health
Memorial Hospital behavioral health services are offered through our primary care practice to current primary care patients. Our expert team includes psychiatric nurse practitioners and a licensed clinical social worker. We provide compassionate care and treatment to patients experiencing behavioral health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, thoughts of suicide and mental illness.
Behavioral health services look different for different patients. Some patients need only a few counseling sessions to set goals and develop strategies. Some patients may have a psychiatric diagnosis and require medication. Other patients might need a referral to see a different provider for long term, ongoing therapy sessions.
