Employee Assistance Program

The HealthAdvocate Employee Assistance Program Information (EAP) is available to all MaineHealth employees and family members. It is a free, confidential resource designed to help you during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You and/or your family members have access to:

  • Six free counseling sessions with Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Confidential 24/7 access to support resources
  • In-person, telephonic and video counseling
  • Financial and legal services

HealthAdvocate can help you navigate through:

  • Stress, anxiety, depression
  • Relationship, family, parenting issues
  • Substance abuse
  • Anger, grief, loss
  • Life transitions
  • Referrals for additional treatment, as needed
