The HealthAdvocate Employee Assistance Program Information (EAP) is available to all MaineHealth employees and family members. It is a free, confidential resource designed to help you during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. You and/or your family members have access to:
- Six free counseling sessions with Licensed Professional Counselors
- Confidential 24/7 access to support resources
- In-person, telephonic and video counseling
- Financial and legal services
HealthAdvocate can help you navigate through:
- Stress, anxiety, depression
- Relationship, family, parenting issues
- Substance abuse
- Anger, grief, loss
- Life transitions
- Referrals for additional treatment, as needed
