The MaineHealth Franklin Hospital Rural Family Medicine Residency program is currently in development. Its application is under active Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) review. We anticipate ACGME accreditation by the program start in 2027.
Upon accreditation, our program will participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). All PGY-1 residents in the institution will be selected by this process. We will accept applications only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
