Adult Inpatients: Two visitor at a time as space allows
COVID-19 Positive Patients: Two visitors allowed at a time, must wear provided N95 mask; can only visit patient room and must leave the facility directly following the visit.
Inpatient Pediatrics and Obstetrics: Two visitors allowed at a time, as patient condition allows
End-of-Life Patients: Visitation will be managed by the care team
Day Surgery/Outpatient Procedural Areas: Adult patients may have one visitor. Pediatric patients may have two visitors.

Free wireless internet access is available for patients, visitors and guests. Any wireless-enabled device such as laptops, iPads, smart phones, and personal digital assistants can access the network. To connect a device to the WiFi network, users should select mhguest (no password needed), then accept the “terms and conditions” for use. The wireless network is available 24/7.

At MaineHealth, the privacy of your health information is a top priority. All MaineHealth locations follow strict guidelines that secure your medical records in accordance with your rights, and with federal and state regulations. You, or your legal representative, have the right to inspect and obtain a copy of your medical records. We do not offer walk-in services but can provide records electronically, on paper, on a USB flash drive, or on a compact disc (CD). Upon request, we will also send a copy of your medical records to another health care provider.
