For more detailed plan information visit the MaineHealth Benefits Portal or Health Equity.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
FSAs allow you to pay certain out-of-pocket health care, dependent care and transit expenses with pre-tax dollars. For more detailed plan information visit the MaineHealth Benefits Portal or Benefit Strategies.

The Federal Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires that health insurers and self-funded health benefit plans must post machine-readable files (MRFs) on a public website. Use this link to access these MRFs, which include:
- Negotiated service rates
- Out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers
These files will permit the public access to health plan payment information to help understand pricing and costs for health care services. Some of these files are very large and may several minutes to download.
