I am a firm believer in the process of recovery. We are all knocked down at some point… that is life. But we all struggle in our own ways to stand up again and move forward. 

While I specialize in behavioral health issues, I believe that good health care considers the mind and the body.  It is vital that an individual’s behavioral health team and primary care team communicate. 

Aside from work, I enjoy lots of outdoor activities; running, mountain biking, paddle boarding, skiing, and trying to keep up with my teenage son.
