MaineHealth Welcomes Its First Baby of the New Year

MaineHealth welcomed its first baby of the new year at 1:21 a.m. on Jan.1, 2024, when Leif MacFarlane was born at LincolnHealth in Damariscotta. Leif weighed 7 pounds, 9.8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

October 26 Statement from MaineHealth on Lewiston Shooting

On Oct. 25, Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC) transferred one patient injured in the Lewiston shootings to Maine Medical Center (MMC). That patient has since been discharged.
