June 10, 2021

The office building brings together related practices in a regional center for specialty care with state-of-the-art equipment.

PORTLAND, MaineMaine Medical Partners (MMP) has opened a new 108,000-square-foot medical office building at 92 Campus Drive in Scarborough, bringing together neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitative medicine, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) and vascular surgery practices in one regional center for specialty care.

Patients will have access to the most advanced treatments, diagnostics and imaging, including a new state-of-the-art MRI, in one location. The neuroscience practice will offer seamless care for patients with multiple disorders and provide the opportunity for better collaboration between providers. In addition, the new otolaryngology practice will feature enhanced services, including allergy therapy, audiology and the Balance Center.

“The new facility will dramatically improve the experience of patients visiting these practices,” said Joel Botler, MD, MMP President and Chief Medical Officer of Maine Medical Center. “They will receive top-notch, patient-centered care at a facility that’s right off the highway.”

The practices are located right off Route One in Scarborough, and have 500 parking spaces for patients. They join the Scarborough Surgery Center, Maine Medical Center Research Institute, MMP – MaineHealth Cardiology, MMP Women’s Health Division of Gynecologic Oncology, the Maine Children’s Cancer Program and MMC Outpatient Imaging at Maine Medical Center’s Scarborough campus.

The otolaryngology and vascular surgery practices have moved in and are now seeing patients at the new location. Neurology and neurosurgery will follow later this month.
