Join our team and you'll be surrounded by talented and dedicated professionals — all working together toward the same goal of improving the lives of a vulnerable population. Whether you are serving as an educational technician or gaining valuable experience on your way to becoming a nurse, social worker or other clinical role, the center provides many opportunities to learn and grow.
As a direct care provider you will receive intensive training and support so you can to do your job with confidence and compassion. All care team members are trained as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This professional credential goes above and beyond state requirements but will provide you with the tools your need for success. Once certified, you will receive regular supervision in behavioral treatment skills and concepts. Bi-weekly clinical case reviews and a calendar of public trainings and lectures round out your educational opportunities.
Care team members also benefit from working in a clinical research environment, where innovative research studies are ongoing. And our beautiful facilities, constructed with generous support from our community, provide an inspiring environment to work and learn. Team members enjoy a new staff break room with kitchenette and computers, an outdoor patio, a learning library and a dedicated lactation room.
