All providers routinely check weight-for-length measurements in patients younger than two years of age to monitor for crossing of percentiles.
STEP 3 - STRATEGY 5: ASSESS FOR HEALTH RISK FACTORS
All providers routinely assess patients aged two years and older with a BMI ≥85th percentile for health risk factors using all of the following: obesity-specific family history, review of systems, and physical exam.
