The practice of medicine can be very can be very complicated. I believe as a physician, part of my job is to make it less complicated. In my practice I strive to simplify complex medical issues and information to help the patient understand their condition so they can eventually participate in their care with a much better understanding. I believe in the patient's full involvement in the medical decision making process.
Outside of medicine I enjoy all that Maine has to offer, especially beautiful summers and winter activities.
