I hope to share experiences with patients in which they feel heard and that they have agency in their care. In developing this trust, I want patients to feel my commitment to their wellbeing, not just in our office visit, but in the overall experience of wellness in their lives. I transitioned from a short career in social services to medicine after developing a deep appreciation for how social forces affect health outcomes. Family medicine gives me the opportunity to practice social medicine and invest in the people and community I serve. My two children are an incredible source of light in my life, I learn from them every day!
