I wanted to become a hospitalist because I am passionate about providing thoughtful, patient centered care that takes into account every hospitalized patient's individual needs and goals. I believe in caring for patients by understanding what matters most to them and developing a plan that supports both their immediate needs and also health beyond the hospital. I hope to make what can be a difficult and uncertain time more manageable every step of the inpatient way. In my free time, I like to spend time exploring the beautiful outdoors of Maine, whether running, hiking or walking along the beaches near us.
