Nilaya C Palmer, PA

Nilaya is excited to be working in the Mid Coast area, helping patients achieve their healthiest potential and move at their best capability. She believes that emotional and mental well‑being are closely connected to how well the bones and muscles function. Working alongside a great team of providers and care staff, she hopes to help patients heal and improve to their fullest potential.

Physical movement is tied to many of Nilaya’s happiest moments. Outside of work, you can find her hiking, rowing, skiing, playing field hockey, swimming, and running—or, on a quieter day, baking, reading, and crocheting.
