I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with previous experience in Family Medicine in Primary Care. I chose to change my career to focus on the management of Diabetes. I focus on a Lifestyle Medicine approach, as I feel this is an important adjunct to medicine for the management of overall health and chronic disease.

I am born and raised in Maine and love all that New England living has to offer. I also enjoy spending time with my family, my golden-doodle, fitness, being outside, and traveling.
