Dr. Parker has served the greater Portland area and Maine nephrology communities since 1999. His principal areas of clinical expertise include chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, complex hypertension, and kidney transplantation. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Parker serves as the Associate Chief Quality Officer for MaineHealth with oversight of patient safety, risk management, and infection prevention. As organizational patient safety officer, he leads development and implementation of strategies for safe patient care.
