I became a family nurse practitioner because I’m passionate about helping individuals and families improve their health and achieve meaningful, lasting goals. I’m committed to delivering care that is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on whole-person wellness.

I believe in caring for my patients by building trusting relationships, providing ongoing support, and empowering them through education and shared decision-making. With a special interest in diabetes, obesity medicine, and women’s health, I enjoy partnering with patients as they work toward improved health outcomes and a better quality of life.

Outside of my career, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, gardening, skiing, traveling, yoga, and cooking with family and friends.
