I am passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health. I focus on patient goal-centered care and use the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to treat, reverse, and prevent chronic conditions. I also help patients reduce pain, restore mobility and support independence. My goal is to partner with patients in creating meaningful, sustainable changes that optimize health and function. I am grateful to return to Midcoast Maine with my family and to serve this community.
