As nurse practitioners we are trained to see patients in a holistic manner, meaning we take into consideration the bio-psychosocial concerns of each patient. As human beings, we are all unique. Everyone's life story is different. We live in a world that can be chaotic at times. Being in a position to help others find their way is a privilege. 

In my practice, the patient and I create a therapeutic relationship where they feel safe and are able to voice their mental health concerns. One of my passions is to fight the stigma of psychiatric illness and guide patients to live their best life.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, talking walks on the beach and enjoying time with my family.
