My approach to psychiatry is grounded in an appreciation for the complexities of the human mind. In my psychiatry practice, I focus on emotionally centered therapy and tailor my approach to fit individual needs by integrating multiple therapy models. Having worked with patients from rural areas to urban populations, I've gained valuable insights into the varied challenges people face. I involve the family or support systems of my adult patients, integrating developmental perspectives to enrich our therapeutic relationship. My goal is to guide patients toward healing by considering all facets of their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog, finding time to get outdoors, travel, bike, and listen to podcasts.
