I practice with the belief that meaningful care grows from genuine collaborative partnership and a clear understanding of the interconnected nature of health. My approach is guided by evidence based integrative and osteopathic principles, to best support patients in making informed, values aligned choices. My intention is to listen deeply, offer practical and compassionate guidance, and work with patients to build a foundation for lasting wellbeing.

Outside of work, I recharge by practicing meditation and yoga, spending time with my dogs, exploring the outdoors—hiking, biking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding—and traveling.
