Isha Agarwal, MD

I am an MD/PhD-trained epidemiologist and emergency medicine physician. I received my medical training and doctoral degree at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health. I worked in healthcare consulting at Boston Consulting Group and completed my emergency medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. My research interest is in how the work environment of emergency physicians impacts their clinical practice and mental and physical health. I have received funding for my research from the NIH, Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians, and Tufts School of Medicine. I enjoy being a part of the academic medicine community, working with residents, and taking care of patients with all levels of acuity seeking care in the emergency setting.
