Eric D Holmes

I became a physician associate because I really enjoy talking to patients and helping them navigate what can be very difficult and complex medical problems. Working in nephrology really allows me to build a strong rapport with my patients and help them through the many different stages of their chronic disease. I believe continuity of care and a strong relationship with your provider are essential to navigating the many complexities of kidney disease. Prior to becoming a PA, I was a microbiologist which I really enjoyed and eventually inspired me to pursue going back to school to become a PA and working in the field I am in now. When I am not in clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 boys exploring the Northeast to find new hiking trails and attending whichever of their sporting events happens to be in season.
