Dr. Flynn was raised in Caribou, Maine and went to Bowdoin College. He trained in Boston between Tufts Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he served as chief fellow. He did specialized training in inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and is working to build an IBD clinic in Maine. He started at MaineHealth Gastroenterology in August of 2025 and is thrilled to be back in Maine!
