I am an attending physician specializing and providing treatment and care for those experiencing and living with infectious diseases and HIV. My clinical interests include antibiotic stewardship and the management of outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT). What I find most rewarding about my work is building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of their care, with respect and expertise.
I expanded my training through the Addiction Medicine Mentored Training Program at Montefiore Einstein, an experience that strengthened my ability to care for patients with complex medical and substance use disorders. In addition to patient care, I am passionate about medical education and mentoring the next generation of physicians. My academic and research interests have focused on antibiotic stewardship, infection prevention, and improving healthcare quality and safety. I enjoy teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and I value opportunities to contribute to their professional growth. I am board certified in both Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine and am an active member of the HIV Medical Association and the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
