As a native Mainer who has lived across the United States and returned home, I believe every patient deserves an individualized approach to their health. Understanding a person’s background, environment, and future healthcare goals is essential to providing meaningful care. I enjoy working with young adults to help them prioritize their health, as well as supporting older adults in maintaining wellness. During graduate school, I focused extensively on palliative care and the importance of initiating conversations about end-of-life decisions early, before critical events occur, so patients and families can make informed choices that align with their values.
