Dr. Starobin is a board-certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered care for individuals with heart rhythm disorders. Specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cardiac arrhythmias, Dr. Starobin is committed to improving patients’ quality of life through the use of evidence-based medicine, innovative technologies, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Starobin evaluates and treats a wide range of electrophysiologic conditions, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), ventricular arrhythmias, bradycardia, syncope, and inherited rhythm disorders. He has expertise in advanced procedures such as catheter ablation, pacemaker implantation, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placement, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), and remote cardiac device management.
