Anna Simons, DO
I became a physician because I've always been fascinated by science, the human body, and the many factors that influence our health. As a hospitalist, I'm committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and treating every patient with the same thoughtfulness I want for my own family. I have a special interest in lifestyle and culinary medicine, and I enjoy helping patients identify practical lifestyle changes they can make post-discharge to reduce the risk of future illness. Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking plant-forward, whole-food meals, and exploring the beaches and mountains of New England. I am grateful for the privilege to care for you and your family at MaineHealth.
