I strive to provide individualized care that enables patients to feel well-informed and valued. My goal is to make our patients feel empowered to participate in decisions about their own health care plan. I believe that provider-patient communication is essential in the primary care setting. I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog, and my friends and family. I also enjoy running, being active, and our short (but sweet) Maine summers.
