Lauren Culver

While researching training programs, I was drawn to MaineHealth Maine Medical Center’s caliber of residency training and size, the hospital size and subsequent patient catchment area, the hospital’s designation as a level 1 trauma center, and of course, the great outdoor opportunities and good quality of life Maine affords. My interview sealed my interest as I was greeted with kind and supportive faculty members as well as residents who genuinely liked their program.

I’m coming in with an open mind! I have a lot of varied interests and look forward to exploring different subspecialties through my residency.
