I was drawn to MaineHealth Maine Medical Center for its supportive learning environment and clear commitment to resident development. What stood out most to me were the people—kind, encouraging, and passionate faculty, alongside like-minded residents who value patient-centered care, lifelong learning, and a truly team-oriented environment. I also appreciate the program’s strong emphasis on education, mentorship, and continued growth. Immediately after my interview I found myself yearning to be a part of the team!

Beyond the MHMMC itself, Maine feels like the right place for my partner and I to build a life and put down roots long-term.
