I think Maine Medical Center is the perfect place to train as a pediatrician because its small program allows for close relationships among residents, faculty, and the surrounding community. As the only children’s hospital in Maine and home to a Level 1 trauma center, it serves a diverse patient population with a broad range of acuity. I also love biking, skiing, and enjoying Portland’s local restaurants!
