Why Maine Medical Center?
While doing an audition rotation at MMC, I felt immediately welcomed by all the faculty, residents, and patients. MMC is the perfect balance of an academic program with ample resources and a variety of high acuity/ rare patholgies while still having a community feel. I also became a fan of Portland while living in Maine during my first 2 years of medical school.
