Surfing… duh. Ideally during a firing swell that brings feelings of pure stoke as you tuck under the lip into a barrel so tubular, so cavernous, so juicy... the wave transports you to a parallel universe.

I went directly from undergrad to medical school. No gap year, just a full send into medicine.

Push boundaries, never stop learning & teaching, & always keep exploring—whether in DR, IR, the ocean, or beyond.
Best/worst job
Best Job: Surf Instructor—it’s pretty hard to call a day at the beach “work.” Worst Job: Surf Instructor—it’s pretty hard not to ditch your students at "work" to go surf yourself.
