Why Maine Medical Center?
During my interview, someone said to me, "People who move to Maine never want to leave- we all love it here." It is so important to me that I train at a center which will not only challenge me as a physician, but also set me up for happiness in my personal life. My partner and I could envision a beautiful life in Maine, and the residents ahead of us shared stories that affirmed this vision. MMC also offered many astounding opportunities in geriatric medicine and research, a passion of mine. It seemed to us that all the pieces had fallen into place and MMC Internal Medicine was a perfect new home for us.
