Interests / Hobbies
I practice (and teach) yoga - so it's a huge part of my life! I also really enjoy all things wellness, from meditation groups and silent retreats to infrared saunas and simply being outside in nature. I have an ever-expanding collection of house plants and enjoy expressing my creativity by doodling, painting and creating vision boards. I also spend a lot of time exploring local trails and dog-friendly spaces with my pup, Nori (who's in training to become a service animal!)

I knew from the moment I interviewed with MMC that this was the place for me: the people were warm, welcoming and supportive; Portland, ME sounded like the epitome of me in a city; and the training included integrative medicine, something I am extremely passionate about. At the end of the day, I felt called to train here.
