MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Portland (MHMMC Portland) is anticipating the transfer of 10 patients to its Emergency Department who were injured in the Searsmont incident and initially treated at MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital and MaineHealth Waldo Hospital. MHMMC Portland, which has a Level 1 trauma designation, has teams on standby ready to treat these patients. We will provide updates as they become available.
