NORTH CONWAY, NH—Memorial Hospital is hosting a series of drive-through flu/COVID drive-through vaccine clinics starting Saturday, September 30.

“This Saturday’s clinic will only have flu vaccines available,” explains Betsy Koplin, Clinical Manager at Memorial’s Primary Care. “We anticipate COVID vaccines will arrive in time for the October 14 clinic.”

There will be no clinic the first Saturday in October in anticipation of the Fryeburg Fair, but drive-through clinics will start up again October 14 and will run through November 4. The clinics are open to the public from 8 am to noon on Saturday mornings. Members of the Memorial Hospital team greet clinic participants, check them in, and administer the vaccines to people who remain in their vehicles.

Memorial drive-through clinics are well-attended each year and are “very organized,” says Alice McLane, vaccine recipient. “The staff were so efficient. We never even had to get out of the car. They took care to keep an eye on us for fifteen minutes after and then we were done.”

Marta Ramsey, Memorial Clinical Educator, applauds the efforts of the vaccine clinic staff. “As always, our team works so well together and they make it a fun morning. I appreciate all of their hard work. It’s a real service to our community.”

Memorial Hospital primary care patients who are unable to attend a clinic may schedule a vaccine appointment through MyChart or by calling 603-356-5472.
