I am drawn to the sense of community I see in rural health care settings. I appreciate the interaction between doctors and the people that live and work here. People here are not anonymous. We get to know one another and become part of a larger family.
I enjoy my practice of Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment. Working together with my patients, the aim is to help fix health care problems while they are small -- essentially preventing or at least, slowing disease. Another aspect of my practice is helping patients with substance use disorder. I provide a variety of therapies including MAT. My goal is always compassionate care with the goal of helping patients get better and recover.
When not at work, I love spending time with my two daughters and enjoying all that the area has to offer.
