New Directory Established to Connect MaineHealth Employees with Child Care Options

March 20, 2020

With schools and child care centers closed across the region, the need for child care is more important than ever.

To support employees throughout the COVID-19 outbreak, MaineHealth is developing a directory of care options for team members and their families. Community members are encouraged to contribute to this directory to support the current demand for child care.

The directory includes community-based organizations, businesses and individuals and is searchable by type of service, county and town. Information will be added to the directory in real time and shared only with MaineHealth team members who are in need of support.

MaineHealth is providing this directory as a convenient resource for its team members; it is not recommending or endorsing any particular service, company or caregiver. Team members must perform their own assessment and due diligence in evaluating potential caregivers for family members.
