Well-child visits are an important part of keeping your child healthy. Services include physical exam and measurements, vision and hearing screening, and oral health risk assessments. Childhood vaccinations are also essential to child health. Children who are not protected by vaccines are more likely to get diseases like measles and whooping cough. These diseases are very contagious and can be very serious, especially for babies and young children.
As a patient-centered medical home, we use a team approach to providing health care. Think of us as a central resource for your child's health and wellness. Their primary care provider leads a care team dedicated to them.
This team may include nurses, specialists, counselors and other professionals. We organize your child’s complete health record including lab results, visits to specialists and hospital stays so nothing is overlooked.
For urgent needs after hours, please call 207-505-3600. Our answering service will ask the on-call physician to contact you. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1.
Office Hours:
- Monday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Friday: 8 am to noon
Co-payments are expected at the time of service. We accept checks, cash or Visa/Mastercard credit cards.
