I value therapy as a way to develop a better sense of self, find one’s voice, and increase energy toward living a more fulfilling life.  My work is based on the belief that helping people understand how they got where they are and to employ opportunities to learn and expand on the choices available empowers individuals to develop healthier and happier lives.  In my personal life I enjoy pursuing a variety of interests including being in the outdoors through activities such as boating, hiking, and gardening and take pleasure in exploring multiple creative outlets.
