MaineHealth ACO 2017 Online Annual Report Now Available

June 28, 2018

The MaineHealth ACO is proud to announce the publication of the 2017 online annual report, an exciting and accessible tool for exploring how the ACO is building bridges to value-based care. "Building bridges" is in fact the theme of the report, and in it you'll discover how we're building bridges between sites of care, between primary care and specialist providers, between the clinical and social components of health, and much more.

A solid, secure network of bridges has never been more crucial. Accountability requires many bridge components: vision for the span of services to be built, capability to respond to the challenge, responsibility for the care we deliver, tools and resources to solve the problems, receptiveness to feedback and review and the will and heart that all of our ACO providers give to provide care to our communities.
